1. Check whether the temperature reaches the temperature required for sealing solid, may be appropriate to increase the temperature.
2. Check the sealing pressure is large enough, sealing lines to be clear.
3. Check the sealing part is heated (pay attention to temperature control table, fuses, solid state relays, heating elements).
Second, temperature control table temperature is not allowed, the error is large
1. Check the thermocouple connector is loose, temperature probe is in good contact.
2. Replace the thermocouple.
3. Change the temperature control table.
Third, the counter does not count
1. The position proximity switch does not detect the cam.
2. The location close to the switch is damaged.
3. PLC program is damaged.
Fourth, with the standard is not allowed, the photoelectric can not control
1.Tracking the wrong choice, touch the screen to select settings.
2.Photoelectric head sensitivity adjustment is not appropriate.
3.The photoelectric head light spot is not aligned on the trajectory of the color film packaging film.
4. Poor packaging printing, colored punctuation on the edge of a variety of colors.
5. Packaging film background color and color contrast is too small.
