Tea Packing Machine Troubleshooting
When you use the tea packing machine,you will encounter many problems, then what is it the emergence of these problems ?
Automatic shutdown
1. The start moment did not detect the speed gear.
2. The production set to reach.
3. There is set alarm shutdown.
4. PLC program error;
5. There is a wrong signal input PLC.
6. Cut off the total power for 1 minute, then boot, let PLC reset;
Longitudinal seal outside the bag ran fast
1. Stepper motor drive code switch setting error.
2. Photoelectric tracking, did not detect the cursor point.
3. Tachometer damage.
4. The location of proximity switch damage.
Folder bag time wrong
1. Folder, put the bag location is wrong, not with the machine well.
2. The original position of the mechanical transmission structure changes, such as the chain, bag, eccentric disc screws loose;
3. Downtime, artificially turned the speed gear or position cam.
4. Change the tachometer or move the tachometer, the position close to the switch.
Touch screen no display or blank screen
1. Check the power supply.
2. Touch screen program is missing.
3. Touch screen and PLC communication connection is not on, check the wiring and connectors.
